This Privacy Policy explains what information StoZ Invites & Designs collects when you visit this site or make a purchase, and how that information is used.
1. Information We Collect
When you place an order, our store collects your name, email address, and billing information needed to process payment and deliver your files. This information is stored through our website platform (WordPress/WooCommerce) and our payment processors.
If you sign up for our newsletter separately from a purchase, we collect your email address through MailerLite.
2. Payment Processing
Payments are processed through WooPayments/Stripe and PayPal. We don’t store your full card details ourselves; that information is handled directly by these processors under their own privacy and security policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your order and deliver your digital files
- Send order confirmations and respond if there’s an issue with your purchase
- Send newsletter content, only if you’ve opted in separately
We don’t sell or rent your email address or any other personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to understand site traffic and how visitors use the site, and the Pinterest tag to measure the performance of our Pinterest content and ads. 5. Email and Newsletter
Checkout and newsletter signup are separate. Giving us your email at checkout only signs you up to receive communications about that order. Signing up for our newsletter through MailerLite is a separate, optional choice, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
6. Data Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store and deliver your purchase: our payment processors, our website host, and MailerLite for newsletter subscribers. We don’t share your information with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
7. Data Retention
We keep order and customer information as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle any support issues, and meet our own recordkeeping and tax obligations.
8. Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
