These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By using this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Our Products
StoZ Invites & Designs sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical items ship. After checkout, you’ll receive a download link or file. Save your files somewhere safe once you receive them. We aren’t able to recover lost files after delivery.
2. License
Purchasing a product gives you a license to use the files for personal use or for use within your own business (for example, your own marketing, your own products, or your own client work where you are the one applying the design).
This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or share the original files, or to upload them to another site, marketplace, or shared drive. If you want to offer a design as a client-facing product or service, where you’d be customizing and reselling it as part of your own offering, contact us first to arrange a separate license.
3. Intellectual Property
All designs and content on this site belong to StoZ Invites & Designs and are protected by copyright. Buying a product gives you a license to use it under Section 2. It doesn’t transfer ownership of the design itself.
4. Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change won’t affect an order you’ve already placed.
5. Refunds

6. Your Information
You’re responsible for entering an accurate email address at checkout so we can deliver your files. We can’t be responsible for a missed delivery caused by a typo or wrong address on your end.
7. Privacy and Email Use
We collect your email at checkout to send order confirmations and deliver your files, and to contact you about your purchase if needed. We don’t sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes. You can also choose to sign up separately for our newsletter to hear about new products and store updates; that’s optional and separate from your order. 8. Copyright Complaints
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email us at stozinvites@gmail.com with a description of the work and where you found it on our site. We’ll look into it and remove or address anything that’s a valid claim.
9. Disclaimer
This site and our products are provided as is. We don’t guarantee a template will work with every device, software version, or printing service, so check a listing’s details before buying if you’re unsure.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of this site or our products. If a claim does arise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
11. Third-Party Links
This site may link to outside services, like a payment processor or our social media pages. We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of those outside sites.
12. Age Guidance
If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian’s involvement when making a purchase.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top will reflect the latest version. Using the site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
