How it works
What you’re buying
Every StoZ product is a digital file — there’s nothing physical to ship and nothing to wait for. When your order is complete, your files are available immediately in your account. No shipping costs, no delivery window, no trips to the mailbox.
What’s included with every purchase
Every StoZ download includes two files:
A one-page instruction guide that walks you through editing and downloading your invitation in under five minutes
A PDF containing your personal Canva template link
Why create an account
Creating a free account at checkout takes less than a minute and gives you a few things that make life easier:
- Your downloads are saved here permanently — no hunting through old emails for a link
- You can re-download any file anytime from any device
- Your order history is in one place if you ever need to reference a past purchase
- If you buy more than one design, everything lives here together
If you ever lose your confirmation email or switch devices, your account is your safety net. We’d recommend creating one at checkout — it costs nothing and saves future-you a headache.

Purchased with me on Etsy
If you bought a StoZ design through Etsy, your files are delivered through Etsy’s own download system — not through this page.
To find your Etsy downloads:
→ How to download a digital file on Etsy — Etsy’s step-by-step guide for finding and downloading your purchase
→ Access your Etsy purchases — go directly to your Etsy order history
You’re always welcome to reach out here if you’re having trouble, regardless of where you purchased. Use the contact link in the footer and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Need help with your template
Once you have your file, everything you need to open, edit, and download your invitation is on the Canva Help page.
