Because StoZ products are digital instant downloads, files are delivered automatically at the moment of purchase — before I’d have any chance to process a return request. For this reason, I’m not able to offer refunds or exchanges on completed orders.
This is true even if you haven’t opened the file yet, so please review the listing photos and description carefully before purchasing. Every listing shows exactly what’s included and what the finished invitation looks like.

If you run into any difficulty accessing your template or using it in Canva, please reach out before giving up on it. Most issues are quick to solve — a wrong link, a browser hiccup, or a Canva setting — and I’m happy to walk you through it.
